The Challenge: To Communicate Homeserve's acquisition of another business and subsequent growth plan to all employees  

Homeserve is one of the largest home emergency service businesses in the UK and after a very quick period of growth they identified the importance of communicating with all employees in a face to face setting as opposed to distributing a video.  Homeserve then enlisted the help of DFA and together we designed a Roadshow that would travel the length and breadth across the country over a period of four weeks.

The Solution: Key messages were identified, and together we devised a generic presentation applicable to all employees and then before each event the presentations were altered to apply to that particular territory or group of people. This made it personal to each employee and was a way of ensuring each member of the team felt valued and appreciated. 

The Roadshow was held in most of the UK larger cities from Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Norwich to name a few.
