ROAD TO SUCCESS
Newey & Eyre had undergone significant changes and needed to communicate these to customer-facing staff as well as senior managers. So, hot on the heels of a successful Manager's Conference, we hit the road to deliver the message to 1500 employees from branches and warehouses all over the UK.

The Roadshow combined film and graphic presentations with opportunity for staff feedback played out against a simple yet striking stage set that could be easily transported and quickly rigged at fifteen venues in just 33 days.

The result? 98% positive feedback from highly motivated and informed staff asking for more of this kind of communication. The management have not only duly obliged but also retained DFA to produce and stage this year's Roadshows.
